A retired Registered Nurse, who worked the night-shift for over thirty years in a Massachusetts veterans hospital (shes ready for the peace and quiet of the NH mountains!). Shell be available for applying Band-Aids! ?. A Culinary Institute of America (aka the "CIA") graduate who has worked in New York, San Francisco, and most recently in Boston. He has worked in several well-know restaurants such as The Fly Trap, Chillingsworths, Seasons, Ambrosias, and in the "North End" of Boston. He takes after his dad as far as the "handy-man" skills are concerned. He will be available for cooking tips and grilling assistance for all you campers! Eventually as we expand--youll have the opportunity to feast on his specialties. ? a University of Massachusetts (Amherst) graduate--with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration. She worked for Marriott Corporation for seven years, and as a consultant in the software industry specializing in property management. She is also the web master. ?. An honorary member of our family is also a part of our crew. She joins us with several years of experience working "the land". She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Stockbridge program ? and she holds a Bachelors and Masters degrees as well! She is employed as a high school teacher during the school year--and bunks at Maple Haven during the summer. She is our resident "grounds keeper". But really she can do anything. who was innocently murdered in 1997--his love of New Hampshire (in the winter on the slopes!) lives on in this, our new adventure.
