Oakhill is a nondenominational family campground and retreat center located at the crossroads of America. We are just a short three hour drive from Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Columbus, and many other cities. We offer these facilities in this beautiful wooded setting for rental to churches, ministries, corporations, schools, and family events. We can accomodate camps, retreats, reunions, regional meetings, weddings, and more. When you are looking for a place to bring your group for your own program or one of ours --- THINK OAKHILL! We offer a setting that fosters personal and spiritual growth along with memorable family times! Oakhill is located on 200 acres in the heart of Indianas vacation lakeland area of Steuben County. The surrounding wooded hills and the wilderness afford a great opportunity for hiking, nature watching and relaxation. We are situated on a private, spring-fed lake that is one of the cleanest lakes in Indiana. This lake, complete with a sandy beach, offers excellent fishing and swimming. Along the lake and situated in the woods are cabins, roundhouses, and cottages. Accommodations also include six dormitories that can sleep up to 500 people. Full hook-up RV lots and tent camping areas are available. For group or corporate activities, we offer a 275-seat dining lodge, an auditorium that seats up to 700 people and an amphi-theater with a stage which seats 5000+ people.
