From I-79: I-79 to US-422 East exit 99. East on US-422 approx. 32 miles to the West Kittanning exit. You will come to a stoplight and Franklin Village Mall on the left. Go straight. You will come to a second stoplight and Hilltop Plaza on the left. Continue straight and at the bottom of the hill get into the left turn lane. Make a 90-degree left turn on Belmont South Rd., which is located behind the Quality Inn Motel. Follow Belmont South Rd. to the Belmont Complex on the left. The Complex is approx. 0.5 mile from the Franklin Village Mall.
From I-76: I-76 to Rt-28 North exit 48. North on Rt-28 (toward Kittanning) to the West Kittanning exit (left lane exit), exit 19. (You will go through 2-consecutive clover leafs.) Follow signs for Rt-268 North. You will come to a stoplight and Franklin Village Mall on the left. Go straight. You will come to a second stoplight and Hilltop Plaza on the left. Continue straight and at the bottom of the hill get into the left turn lane. Make a 90-degree left turn on Belmont South Rd., which is located behind the Quality Inn Motel. Follow Belmont South Rd. to the Belmont Complex on the left. The Complex is approx. 0.5 mile from the Franklin Village Mall.
From US-422 (Indiana): West on US-422 approx. 35 miles (do NOT take US-422 Business as you get into Kittanning) to the West Kittanning exit Rt-268 North. You will come to a stoplight and Franklin Village Mall on the left. Go straight. You will come to a second stoplight and Hilltop Plaza on the left. Continue straight and at the bottom of the hill get in the left turn lane. Make a 90-degree left turn on Belmont South Rd., which is located behind the Quality Inn Motel. From US-422 (Butler): East on US-422 approx. 30 miles to the West Kittanning exit. You will come to a stoplight and Franklin Village Mall on the left. Go straight.
