From the South (I-95/Maine Turnpike): North on I-95 (Maine Turnpike) to I-295 (exit 44). Go through Portland to US-1 (exit 15). Go through the set of lights, the ice arena is 1/4 mile on the right.
From the North (Augusta): I-95 south approx. 7 miles to I-295 South (exit 103). Proceed south on I-295 approx. 35 miles to US-1 South (exit 17/Yarmouth). Proceed south on US-1 approx. 1.5 miles to arena on the left (across from Rite Aid pharmacy).
