Proceed south on Rt-9 to Rt-66 West in Middletown (exit 15/2nd traffic light). Turn right on Rt-66 (Washington St.) and proceed west approx. 0.75 mile to Vine St. (cemetery on corner). Turn left on Vine St. and proceed south (tennis courts on right) approx. 0.2 mile to Knowles Avenue. Bear right onto Knowles Ave. (where the street branches off) and continue south a short distance (approx. 0.1 mile) to Cross Street. Turn right on Cross St. and proceed a short distance to athletic center on the left. Parking is available in both Lot R on the right side of Cross St. across from the athletic center or in Lot Q on the left side of Cross Street (first left after the fire station).
From the South (New Haven): I-91 north to Rt-66 East (exit 18). Proceed east on Rt-66 approx. 7 miles (Washington St. in Middletown) to Vine St. (cemetery on corner). Turn right on Vine St. and proceed south (tennis courts on right) approx. 0.2 mile to Knowles Avenue. Bear right onto Knowles Ave. (where the street branches off) and continue south a short distance (approx. 0.1 mile) to Cross Street. Turn right on Cross St. and proceed a short distance to athletic center on the left. Parking is available in both Lot R on the right side of Cross St. across from the athletic center or in Lot Q on the left side of Cross Street (first left after the fire station).
From the West (Waterbury): I-84 east to Rt-691/Rt-66 (exit 27). Proceed east on Rt-691/Rt-66 approx. 15 miles (Washington St. in Middletown) to Vine St. (cemetery on corner). Turn right on Vine St. and proceed south (tennis courts on right) approx. 0.2 mile to Knowles Avenue. Bear right onto Knowles Ave. (where the street branches off) and continue south a short distance (approx. 0.1 mile) to Cross Street. Turn right on Cross St. and proceed a short distance to athletic center on the left. From the Southeast (New London): I-95 north to Rt-9 North in Old Saybrook. Proceed north on Rt-9 approx. 24 miles to Rt-66 West in Middletown (1st traffic light). Turn left on Rt-66 (Washington St.) and proceed west approx. 0.75 mile to Vine St. (cemetery on corner). Turn left on Vine St. and proceed south (tennis courts on right) approx. 0.2 mile to Knowles Avenue. Bear right onto Knowles Ave. (where the street branches off) and continue south a short distance (approx. 0.1 mile) to Cross Street. Turn right on Cross St. and proceed a short distance to athletic center on the left. From the East (Willimantic): Rt-66 west all the way to Portland. Go over the bridge to Middletown, which puts you on Main Street. Stay on Main St. to the 3rd traffic light (Rt-66 West/Washington Street). Turn right on Rt-66 (Washington St.) and proceed west approx. 0.5 mile to Vine St. (cemetery on corner). Turn left on Vine St. and proceed south (tennis courts on right) approx. 0.2 mile to Knowles Avenue. Bear right onto Knowles Ave. (where the street branches off) and continue south a short distance (approx. 0.1 mile) to Cross Street. Turn right on Cross St. and proceed a short distance to athletic center on the left.
