From I-95 Northbound: North on I-95 to exit 9 (Stamford) exit. At end of ramp turn left on Seaside Dr. and go about 1/8 mile to Main St./US-1. West (left) on Main 1/8 mile (under I-95) to Courtland Ave./Rt-106. North (right) on Courtland Ave./Rt-106 (becomes Glenbrook Rd., the Hoyt) about 3 miles to Camp Ave. West (left) on Camp to Stamford Twin Rinks. Arena is 1/4 mile on left. Go around to front of building where parking lot is located.
From I-95 Southbound: South on I-95 to to exit 9 (Stamford) exit. At end of exit, turn right onto Main St., then in less than 100 yards, turn north (right) again on Courtland Avenue /Rt-106.
