The campground is open from Memorial Day weekend through 30 September, but dates can be flexible depending on weather. Our campground is your PERFECT choice for family camping.
f you are looking for some fun and interesting day trips, Cozy Pines makes a wonderful base camp. For starters, we are just 30 miles from the state capitol, Augusta. Interested in Maines scenic coast? We are only 15 miles from Belfast which is right on the Penobscot Bay. Keep driving and youll find lots of flea markets and antique shops. If history is what you are looking for...try Fort Knox in Bucksport, or Fort George in Castine which is also home to the Maine Maritime Academy. Bar Harbor is a must see!! We are located about an hour and a half away. Maine offers festivals and fairs throughout the summer and we are not far from any of it. There are also many hiking and biking trails attached to the campground, and we are only 1.5 miles from Lake St. George.
